Welcome to my World

Welcome to my little corner of the vast God planned domain. I plan to share mostly my card projects here, you might even possible see some scrapping, quilt projects, and photography. Who knows I may even try other other craft projects. I am also going to share a selection of little recipe cards I have collected over the past few years - scrapped, of course. There may even be some little things of greatness of my daily life. Every now and then, I might even vent!

Saturday's Scrap Event

We left Spokane about 8 am to drive 75 miles to a scrap event near WSU. GO COUGARS. Arrived around 9:30. I put together a couple of page kits and then by 10:30 I was working on this 2 page mosaic layout. The pictures were all taken on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are 100 1" squares on each page. Took me 7 hours to do the 2 pages, then I started on some cards that I did not get completed.

  3. Wow, I'm tired just thinking about it. I attempted to make card yesterday using 16 - 3/4" squares and quit half way through. LOL Too much work for me!

  5. This tech is worse than putting a puzzle together. I have learned that you need to nail down one piece at a time. I have torn many pieces off to replace bvecause I could not figure out the match of they looked hideous next to each other.
