We left Spokane about 8 am to drive 75 miles to a scrap event near WSU. GO COUGARS. Arrived around 9:30. I put together a couple of page kits and then by 10:30 I was working on this 2 page mosaic layout. The pictures were all taken on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are 100 1" squares on each page. Took me 7 hours to do the 2 pages, then I started on some cards that I did not get completed.
What a fun pair of pages! Love the mosiac layout and the photos are awesome!
ReplyDeletewow. 7 hours. they look great. i have always wanted to do one of these but, goodness i dont know if i will if it takes that long. i hope you frame them and hang them up for a while to enjoy them before they are closed in a book! again. beautiful
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm tired just thinking about it. I attempted to make card yesterday using 16 - 3/4" squares and quit half way through. LOL Too much work for me!

ReplyDeleteThis tech is worse than putting a puzzle together. I have learned that you need to nail down one piece at a time. I have torn many pieces off to replace bvecause I could not figure out the match of they looked hideous next to each other.
ReplyDeleteThis turned out really neat! Great job (:
ReplyDeleteWow, that's alot of work, but it's gorgeous!
