Another great recipe from AARP Magazine. I need to make it up for my files so posted. It is rather simply made but very cute with the little fishy punhces swimming across the bottom.Used Soft Suede and Crushed Curry SU In Colors and the new Polka Dot Ribbon also Soft Suede from the In Color line.
